ISO 9001
The quality standard ÈSN EN ISO 9001:2000 plays the key role in a company´s decision about aiming its strategy on quality. An enterprise that follows its regulations and recommendations will create the norms, directives, procedures and regulations of its own. The mechanisms of maintaining the principles, as well as sustainable development towards the company perfection, result in permanent and successful company development. The quality management presents a system that describes all the procedures in the organization, enabling its management to monitor the processes, to select the appropriate responsible staff, to evaluate and consequently improve the procedures. This will provide for the improvement of the company in general. An essential aspect of the quality management is the customer oriented strategy and involvement of the top management at any level of production and services.
